Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.SHIFT/SCHEDULE: This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Weekends and overtime may be needed based on business needs. ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and material handling equipment safelyLoad and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentationPerform cycle counts and update inventory systemsOrganize and label warehouse storage areasPick, pack, and stage materials for shipmentInspect equipment and report maintenance needsCollaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflowFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policiesPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operationsAbility to obtain forklift certificationProven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipmentAble to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shiftComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergensFlexible to work overtime based on business needsSkillsComfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systemsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Able to read, write, and understand EnglishStrong organization and time managementTeam-oriented and dependableThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
