Job Title: Exclusion Technician
Location: Tewksbury, MA (travel throughout Massachusetts)
Pay: $26 - $28 per hour

Job Summary

The Exclusion Technician is responsible for inspecting residential and commercial properties, identifying potential entry points for rodents and wildlife, and performing exclusion and repair work to prevent future intrusion. This role requires hands-on construction and repair experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and identify wildlife and rodent entry points

• Perform exclusion work to seal and secure structures

• Complete repairs involving roofing, siding, masonry, and related exterior building components

• Fabricate and install metal materials as needed

• Maintain a high level of workmanship and customer service

• Safely use hand and power tools

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Travel directly to job sites using a company vehicle

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, siding, masonry, carpentry, construction, or related trades

• Experience with metal bending/fabrication is a plus

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and in other physically demanding environments

• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform manual labor throughout the workday

• Willingness to work overtime and every other Saturday as needed
