If you have a passion for gaming and enjoy interacting with diverse guests, we invite you to apply and become part of our vibrant team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct table games such as blackjack and Ultimate Texas Hold'em in accordance with established rules and procedures.Deal cards, spin the roulette wheel, and manage game flow efficiently and accurately.Ensure all bets are placed correctly and payouts are made promptly and accurately.Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service to guests.Monitor game activity for fairness and adherence to casino policies.Handle chips, cash, and other gaming instruments responsibly and securely.Resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.Follow all safety, security, and compliance regulations related to gaming operations.Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience as a table games dealer or in a similar role preferred.Strong knowledge of casino games, rules, and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to handle cash and chips responsibly.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must be at least 21 years of age and possess relevant gaming licenses or certifications as required by local regulations.Join our team and enjoy a rewarding career in a lively, customer-focused environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth. We offer comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and opportunities for advancement within our organization.RequirementsEducation and Experience:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.Previous dealer experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and current/potential clients.Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.Dependable and reliable while maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.Thorough knowledge of table games policies and procedures.Working Conditions and Physical Environment:Able to stand for extended periods of time.Exhibit manual dexterity to deal cards, place markers, and exchange chips for guests.Able to see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids.Hear and understand speech at normal levels, outdoors and on the telephone.Speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly.Physical agility to bend, stoop, climb stairs/ladders, work in small spaces, walk, reach and lift up to 25 pounds.Work involves almost constant exposure to elements, such as dirt dust, fumes, smoke, flashing lights and loud noises.
