Job Details Job Location: Arcadia, LA 71001 Position Type: PRN Licensed PRN Occupational Therapist (Skilled Nursing Facility) Working at Innovate Rehab and Wellness Status: PRN (as-needed) Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule: Flexible, as-needed shifts (realistic daily scheduling to support work–life balance) Pay: $50.00 -$70.00 based on experience, location and availability Benefits Flexible, PRN schedule One-on-one patient care focus (group/concurrent Supportive, therapist- and veteran-owned company culture Opportunities for professional development and career growth About Us 25+ years as a leading provider of skilled health care services Therapist- and veteran-owned company Focused on industry-leading, patient-centered care Supportive, collaborative team environment Why Join Us One-on-one therapy focus Group/concurrent treatments are less than 1% Realistic schedules for better work-life balance Strong emphasis on clinical outcomes and job satisfaction Position Summary The Occupational Therapist will: Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and therapy needs Create and deliver individualized treatment plans Help patients improve motor skills, coordination, and daily function Support patients in regaining independence and quality of life Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough OT evaluations Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment Train patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices Educate on strategies to improve function and safety Collaborate with PT, SLP, physicians, and the full care team Document patient progress and treatment changes accurately Stay current with OT best practices and research Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (accredited program) Valid state OT license Experience as an OT preferred (new grads welcome) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Passion for patient-centered care CPR certification preferred Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.
