Financial Analyst

As a result of internal movement Dematic has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst to make valuable contributions at our North America headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI. This position reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A and provides diversified experience within the Finance organization to provide a well-rounded background to leverage for future growth positions. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $66,400-$99,600 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: Serve as key knowledge source of North America cash flow and net working capital (NWC), owning the budget/forecast process and delivering reporting and variance analysis with thoughtful insights. Compilemonthly cash disbursement forecasts and analyze historical forecast performance against actual results. Model and submit monthly NWC forecast into Oracle, collaborating with colleagues for key inputs. Ensure a high degree of reporting quality with completeness, accurate data, concise commentary, and timely delivery. Provide financial business partner support to HR and Facilities teams. Add further value to the finance function through the identification and implementation of operational improvements; streamline reporting, automation opportunities etc. Provide proactive analysis and insights above and beyond regular responsibilities. Work on special project and improvement teams as needed. Support Finance's intern program and provide mentorship to FP&A intern. What We are Looking For: Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). 3-5years of relevant working experience including either in a large corporate environment or public accounting experience. Practical experience understanding the link between business issues, profit and loss, and cash flow (direct and indirect). Strong communication skills, with high level of integrity and a detail orientated mindset. Candidate should be a motivated self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem solving. Financial modeling, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP, Oracle or AI is an advantage. The ideal candidate will aspire to use this role as a springboard into project controlling, operations controlling, or other finance roles within approximately 2-3 years. #J-18808-Ljbffr
