Plant Finance ManagerA global leader in tire manufacturing is seeking a Plant Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at its Lawton, OK facility. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead monthly close processes, ensure SOX compliance, manage inventory costing, and support continuous improvement in plant accounting. Ideal for finance professionals with manufacturing experience and strong leadership capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead plant financial reporting, monthly close, and standard cost managementEnsure SOX compliance and internal controls readinessPartner with plant and HQ leaders for reporting, forecasting, and analysisOversee material costing, inventory valuation, and audit processesMentor and manage plant-level finance personnelDrive improvements in processes and systemsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of plant/manufacturing finance experience3+ years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls (SOX)ERP system experience (SAP preferred); Hyperion a plusMust be local or willing to self-relocate to Lawton, OKDo Not Apply If YouLack plant/manufacturing finance experienceHave less than 3 years of supervisory experienceRequire visa sponsorshipHave inconsistent job history or misrepresented credentials
