Job Description

• Program and optimize CNC equipment (press brakes, lasers, panel benders, robotic systems)
• Build and maintain routings, BOMs, and item master data that keep production running smoothly
• Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement real solutions
• Lead training for supervisors and teams on new processes and technologies
• Improve throughput, reduce waste, and shorten changeover times
• Help implement systems that connect engineering, planning, and production

The Successful Applicant

• 1+ years of CNC programming experience (laser, press brake, Welding, Mill/lathes)
• understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• A problem-solver who can turn analysis into action
• Clear communicator who can work across engineering and production teams
