Details Cardiac Cath Lab unit within a hospital setting Day shift, 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (0730-1800) Uses Epic for clinical documentation Requires taking call 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month, with additional call possibly required May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications Requirements Active MT or compact RN license required, no pending licenses accepted BLS certification from the American Heart Association required, must not expire prior to start ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification required as appropriate for the unit or service Minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab specialty required ASN required, BSN preferred Epic charting experience required Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted nursing practice standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including health teaching and counseling Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans, referring patients for further evaluation as needed Promote the mission, vision, and values of the health system and adhere to service behavior standards Returning employees must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment American Traveler Job ID P-749436.
