Maintenance Technician - Full-Time/Nights

We’re a fast-growing pool service company hiring our first Pool Maintenance Technician. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in pool maintenance, field service, or route-based work—not just clock in and out.

Start by running a pool cleaning and maintenance route, with a clear path to Route Manager / Operations Lead as we grow.

Perform weekly pool maintenance (cleaning, water chemical balancing, basic troubleshooting) Manage chemical inventory on the truck Use a smart phone app (Pool Brain) to manage service tasks Provide professional, friendly customer communication

Willingness to learn and improve (no experience required) Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat High school diploma and/or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred but not required.
