What You’ll Do Scheduling & Staffing Build and manage caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered Coordinate last‑offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, personality, and care needs Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation Monitor overtime, availability, and staffing efficiency Client & Caregiver Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers Communicate schedule updates and care information clearly and professionally Support caregiver engagement, retention, and accountability Help ensure high‑quality client care and satisfaction Assist with onboarding coordination and caregiver introductions Operations & Administrative Support Maintain accurate client and caregiver information in scheduling software Support care plan updates and service coordination Collaborate closely with the office staff and the leadership team Help ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Assist with after‑hours or on‑call support as needed What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Previous scheduling, staffing, coordination, or customer service experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Dependable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused Preferred Qualifications Experience in home care, healthcare, medical staffing, or senior services Knowledge of caregiver scheduling and client coordination Experience with scheduling software or home care management systems Bilingual skills are a plus Why Join Our Team?
