Business Consultant

M.M.Fowler, Inc. D/B/A Family Fare Convenience Stores Responsibilities: The Business Consultant functions as a Regional Manager with oversight for multiple stores. Responsibilities include the following: Oversee the operations of facilities and stores – advise and consult with Franchisees Protect the company assets: cash, property, equipment, and inventory Promote and ensure that stores operate in accordance with the Family Fare values, procedures, brand equity, and image excellence Recruit, screen, evaluate, and place Franchisees for Family Fare Stores Provide education, consulting, and mentoring for Franchisees in all aspects of successful business and Store operations Promote outstanding customer service through education, feedback, and support Serve as a liaison and communicate information between the Executive Management and Family Fare Franchisees Set priorities, manage time, and maintain professional attitude and behavior Requirements: Retail management experience or the equivalent, as well as sales and merchandising experience and skills. Convenience store management experience desirable. Successful candidates will have strong experience and skills in the following areas: people development, business and retail management, customer service, recruiting and selection, and sales and merchandising. Successful candidates will have the utmost integrity, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude and outlook. They will be goal-oriented with good time management and organizational skills, be customer-service oriented, able to work independently while being part of a team, be detail-oriented, will value diversity, and have excellent communication skills. They will have good self-control, be able to handle stress, and be professional in everything they do.
