The music therapist works as part of an interdisciplinary team to foster people’s skill development to achieve their personal dreams and goals. Our music therapists also collaborate as a group and learn from each other with our many presentations, group discussions, peer supervision, and mentorship opportunities sustained by having 28 MT-BCs at one company! Schedule Three days per week are held in clinic space One day per week in the community (mileage reimbursed) One paperwork day (work from home or in our office) Compensation Starts at $33 per hour and remains competitive based on experience. This position is full time upon hire. Hours are flexible. All Music Therapists report to one of our Directors of Music Therapy.
