Position Overview As a Patient Registration Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting patients, families, and visitors throughout their healthcare journey. Following standard operating procedures, you will: Greet and assist patients with a welcoming, service‑focused approach Manage face‑to‑face check‑ins and pre‑registration processes Verify insurance eligibility and collect applicable payments Accurately complete new patient registrations and update records Respond to patient and visitor questions with professionalism and compassion You will serve as a trusted advocate for patients—ensuring their needs are met while delivering an efficient, seamless, and positive experience from arrival to departure. One (1) year of experience related to patient admitting, registration and/or insurance eligibility and verification in a hospital or medical office setting preferred.
