About the Role:

Home Link International Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team in Vineland, NJ. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and skilled nursing services to home care clients in the Vineland, NJ area

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical treatments as ordered

Monitor and document patient progress, updating care plans as needed

Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care team members

Ensure compliance with home health regulations, documentation standards, and agency policies

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey

Previous home care, home health, or community nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits

Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload with minimal supervision

CPR/BLS certification required
