Step into a dynamic educational setting near Milwaukee, WI, where you’ll provide impactful speech-language pathology services to students ranging from 4 years old through 8th grade—with the majority of your caseload focusing on 5th through 8th graders. This full-time, contract position is for the 2026-2027 school year, offering 40 hours each week in an onsite role dedicated to supporting students’ communication growth.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective therapy plans, help students overcome communication barriers, and contribute to a positive school experience for every learner. This is a great opportunity for dedicated SLPs, including those in their Clinical Fellowship Year, who are passionate about supporting school-aged children and adolescents.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status welcome
• Experience or strong interest working with school-aged students (especially 5th-8th grade)
• Proficiency with caseload management, progress tracking, and IEP documentation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, healthcare, or teletherapy settings are valued

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect SLP services to students according to IEPs
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech/language disorders
• Participate in student support meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and compliance with school and state requirements
• Offer creative and engaging therapy strategies
