THE COMPANY International brand with a rich heritage and strong presence across the luxury retail market Opportunity to join a new boutique within one of the world's leading luxury brands THE ROLE Partner with the Store Manager to drive boutique performance, sales growth, and operational excellence Lead by example in delivering exceptional luxury service while cultivating long-term client relationships Inspire, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve KPIs, clienteling goals, and service excellence Build and grow a personal client book through proactive outreach, styling appointments, and relationship management Support visual merchandising, product launches, inventory management, and boutique presentation Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to maximize sales and client engagement Champion a collaborative, high-performance culture while acting as a true brand ambassador PERSONAL PROFILE 3+ years of leadership experience within luxury or premium retail Strong clienteling skills with experience building lasting relationships and driving repeat business Passion for luxury fashion, styling, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional client experiences Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Commercially minded with a strong understanding of KPIs and boutique performance Polished communication skills with a hands‑on, positive leadership style Organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced luxury environment THE PACKAGE Medical benefits with generous employer contribution Seasonal wardrobe allowance 401(k) program Paid vacation, personal days, and sick leave Career growth with a globally recognized luxury brand Collaborative and supportive team culture The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $78,000.00.
