Deputy Global FinCrime & Compliance Leader

Wise is seeking a Deputy to oversee our financial crime function across the US. You will lead the financial crimes team, partner with the BSA/AML Officer, and drive programmatic improvements while ensuring regulatory readiness. You will oversee audits, manage controls, advise regional and global stakeholders on BSA/AML and OFAC rules, and deputise for the officer as required.
