IT Systems Support Analyst

To support the ongoing operational needs of a core enterprise host solution, the full-time IT Systems Support Analyst will identify business requirements, manage incident and change requests, and provide technical support to users while ensuring compliance with IT governance policies. Key responsibilities: Manage incident and change requests, responding to both business and technical tickets Analyze redundant incidents, develop plans to address issues, and communicate solutions to internal parties Document system specifications and support compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements Required qualifications: Bachelor's or associate's degree with a minimum of seven years in IT support, or seven years of relevant experience without a degree Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets is a plus Experience with MS SQL Server permissions and access levels is advantageous Strong understanding of computers, networks, and security systems
