As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and associates. You will communicate professionally, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, as assigned. Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy concerns to appropriate store personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions. Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and documenting incidents, patrols, and observations accurately. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
