What To Expect
You will be a vital support partner to both the Engineering Program Manager and the Program Manager within Tesla’s Infrastructure EPC team. In Tesla’s intense, fast-paced environment, you will act as a highly organized force multiplier — helping translate complex program demands into structured, actionable execution. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a proactive bias for action. You will coordinate across engineering, construction, procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep ambitious infrastructure programs on track, ensure clear visibility of progress and risks, and maintain the high-quality documentation and communication cadence Tesla demands.
What You'll Do
Maintain detailed schedules, risk registers, action trackers, and program documentationCoordinate meetings, design reviews, workshops, and deep dives while capturing and driving follow-up actionsTrack engineering deliverables including IFB, IFP, and IFC packages across teamsPrepare concise status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates on progress and risksIdentify dependencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities to support efficient program execution
What You'll Bring
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience3+ years as a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer in EPC, design-build, or infrastructure projectsProficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and document control systemsStrong organizational and communication skills with ability to distill complex topics clearlyExperience supporting manufacturing, data center, or central plant infrastructure is preferred
