In this role you will connect with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with their account‑related needs and help them navigate life’s biggest financial moments. Responsibilities Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with a wide range of financial inquiries, including account maintenance and issue resolution. Lead with empathy and an owner’s mindset to solve problems, uncover client needs, and provide timely, accurate solutions. Collaborate with internal departments on strategic initiatives that continuously improve the client and crew experience. What it takes (Qualifications) 3+ years of customer‑facing and/or inbound phone experience, with strong client relationship management skills. A strong sense of ownership for client outcomes—taking initiative, anticipating needs, and building trust. A learner’s attitude and appetite for continuously building knowledge. High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree. Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses (or a pathway to obtain them). Desire for stability and pride in building a long‑term career in client service. Work Model This role is fully remote and must be performed from within the state of Oklahoma. Licensing Requirements Applicants must hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Salary and Benefits Total potential compensation for the first full year ranges from $70,500 to $81,500, comprising a base salary of $62,000 to $72,000 and quarterly performance‑based bonuses, merit increases, and company bonuses. Additionally, a $20,000 licensing bonus is awarded for bringing active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses. Milestone rewards include $10,000 at the 3‑year anniversary, $20,000 at the 5‑year anniversary, and $20,000 every five years thereafter.
