Healthcare Business Development Director We are expanding our healthcare team and hiring a Healthcare Business Development Director for our Houston based team. The Role We are hiring a Healthcare Business Development Director to help scale our healthcare division through strategic top down partnerships. This role is focused on building and expanding relationships with healthcare organizations throughout the state of Texas by engaging senior leadership and C suite decision makers. You will own the front end of the client relationship lifecycle including prospecting qualifying discovery meetings solution positioning and long term account growth. You will work closely with executive leadership and delivery teams to align client needs with high impact recruiting solutions across multiple healthcare verticals. This role demands someone who can think strategically communicate with polish and operate confidently in executive level conversations.
