Complex Civil Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Complex Civil Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume civil litigation defense practice involving MDLs, JCCP matters, mass actions, and other complex litigation . This is a fully remote position requiring availability during Pacific Time business hours . Key Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all stages of complex civil litigation. Manage large volumes of case documents, discovery, and evidence. Coordinate discovery responses, productions, and document review. Maintain litigation databases, case files, exhibits, and deadlines. Assist with subpoenas, discovery requests, filings, and correspondence. Conduct fact investigation and prepare case chronologies. Support depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, co-counsel, and vendors. Required Qualifications 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience. 2+ years supporting complex civil litigation. Experience with one or more of: MDL JCCP Mass Torts Pharmaceutical Litigation Medical Device Litigation Product Liability Litigation Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle. Experience with eDiscovery, document review, and litigation databases . Excellent organizational, analytical, and project-management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Must be available during Pacific Time business hours . Preferred Employment litigation or personal injury experience.
