Operations Manager

Schneider is seeking an Operations Manager in Portland to provide leadership to administrative associates, drivers and other leaders. The Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering specific business results to achieve excellence. Responsibilities include coaching and developing front-line leaders, developing safe drivers through scheduling training sessions, following compliance and having mentoring opportunities, collaborating with other Schneider teams to develop solutions that meet customers' needs, reviewing financial results to determine what adjustments can be made to maximize business results, and establishing yearly metrics to ensure teams are tracking to meet and exceed them.

Skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree or minimum of four years relevant work experience, strong written and oral communication skills, goal-driven and motivated to reach desired outcomes, and the ability to positively coach, lead and influence a team.
