Marketing Representative  Location: Union, MO Position Overview

Our Client is seeking motivated and outgoing Marketing Representatives to join its team in Union and Troy, Missouri. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates with a degree in Marketing or candidates with 1–2 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience.

The Marketing Representative will focus on building relationships, promoting our client’s restoration services, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys networking, developing client relationships, and working in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, business owners, and other referral partners.
• Promote our client’s restoration and emergency services to residential and commercial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, community events, and in-person visits.
• Develop and execute local marketing and business development strategies.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and referral partners to generate new leads.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, contacts, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Achieve individual marketing, sales, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Recent college graduates with a Marketing degree are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer relationship management is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to build professional relationships and generate new business.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits, networking, and marketing activities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually.
• Quarterly bonuses and commission structure.
• First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000–$80,000.
