We are seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic Creative Operations team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of their digital landscape. We are searching for a highly skilled individual to take on a crucial role in stewarding high-volume product and creative metadata. This position is vital for ensuring the seamless flow of information across digital creative libraries, content management systems, and translation databases. You will be the cornerstone of data integrity, schema management, and library migrations, directly impacting global publishing and international translation workflows. Your expertise will enable our client to deliver consistent, high-quality content to a worldwide audience, making a tangible difference in their operational efficiency and brand presentation. What You'll Do Collect, map, cleanse, normalize, reconcile, and migrate data to ensure all databases are consistently accurate and up-to-date. Execute high-volume data operations, including imports, exports, audits, comparisons, and exception handling, validating all outputs through rigorous quality assurance. Build, maintain, document, and continuously improve operational workflows that underpin data management and publishing processes; proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement scalable, repeatable systems. You will also provide essential cross-functional workflow training to colleagues with diverse levels of data management experience. Manage comprehensive translation data operations, maintaining product translation records, priority flags, submission intake, and ongoing updates to guarantee the completeness and correctness of translation databases. Maintain and enhance Translation Memory/Term Base structures and translation style guides, systematically implementing updates to optimize localization efforts. Execute critical translation deliverables for both digital and print outputs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate daily and weekly cross-functional working sessions, meticulously tracking decisions, managing follow-ups, and clearly communicating requirements, potential risks, and release impacts to all stakeholders. What You'll Bring We are looking for a proactive, self-directed individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You should be flexible and adaptable to changing scopes and mid-course corrections, demonstrating a precise, process-driven, and documentation-oriented approach. Strong time management and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role. Must-Have Qualifications Advanced Excel proficiency, with a proven ability to manipulate and validate large datasets efficiently. Demonstrated experience in metadata stewardship, controlled vocabularies, tagging, and schema management. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with relational databases. Airtable proficiency. Hands-on experience operating in system-embedded roles, specifically within CMS, DAM, or PLM environments. A proven data QA mindset, characterized by high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to translate complex technical data issues into actionable insights for project managers, developers, librarians, and international partners. Ability to effectively manage multiple parallel work streams and navigate shifting priorities while consistently meeting deadlines. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Proficiency in Python for automation and data transformations. SQL proficiency, including the ability to author multi-join queries for exports, audits, and reconciliation. Airtable Builder certification. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Contentful, or other enterprise-level CMS systems. Experience with Airtable administration, builds, data migrations, and governance. Experience with CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tool management. A background in digital librarianship, information science, or localization/translation operations. An MLIS (Master of Library and Information Science) degree with a specialization in digital assets management and UX design.
