Product Manager

Location: Chicago, downtown; HYBRID preferred / open to REMOTE This role serves as product owner for the Marketing Content Management System (CMS) platform to define and execute the platform roadmap. The position balances business priorities, user experience, and technical modernization to enable marketers to create, manage, personalize, and publish content and landing pages across the digital ecosystem. Responsibilities: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Marketing CMS platform Manage the product backlog, translating business objectives from cross-functional stakeholders into scalable platform capabilities Lead product discovery (stakeholder interviews, user research, feature prioritization) and write requirements, user stories, and release documentation Partner with Engineering, UX, QA, and Architecture throughout the Agile development lifecycle Drive improvements to content authoring, landing page creation, personalization, publishing workflows, localization, and content governance Define success metrics, track platform adoption, and identify continuous improvement opportunities Support integrations with CRM, CDP, DAM, personalization, and marketing automation tools Represent the platform to senior leadership and promote enterprise-wide adoption Requirements: Product management experience with enterprise martech, CMS, or digital experience platforms Proven track record defining product vision and delivering enterprise software Experience managing Agile backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Strong understanding of CMS platforms, personalization, and digital marketing technology Cross-functional collaboration experience (Engineering, UX, Marketing, Analytics, Architecture) Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills Preferred: Experience with platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Sitecore, or Optimizely Familiarity with CDPs, DAM, CRM, or marketing automation tools Knowledge of API integrations and headless CMS architecture SEO, accessibility, and content governance experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Forbes Technical Consulting
