Manager, Philanthropy Operations & Services (Full-time, Day Shift)

Job Summary Supports the system‑wide philanthropic activities across Adventist Health foundations by leading a centralized operations support team. Oversees the coordination and execution of operational deliverables, ensuring local foundation leadership receives consistent, high‑quality implementation support for all advancement functions, including annual giving, campaigns, grateful patient programs, event support, and prospect research. Drives operational excellence, facilitates cross‑market collaboration, and ensures the timely execution of system‑level philanthropy initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in non‑profit management, business administration, healthcare administration, marketing or related field—or equivalent combination of education/experience (required). Master’s Degree (preferred). Five years relevant experience (preferred). One year leadership experience (preferred). Licenses / Certifications Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation (required). CFE (required). Essential Functions Leads and manages the philanthropy operations support team, ensuring high‑quality execution of system‑level fundraising initiatives. Oversees production calendars, timelines, workflows, and dashboards for campaigns, appeals, stewardship cycles, and donor communications. Coordinates with foundation presidents and local teams to align system initiatives with market capacity and workflows. Tracks deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership. Facilitates consistency and best practices across philanthropy operations including gift processing, data entry, donor communications, and reporting. Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
