What you bring to the table:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Proven experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans within educational settings
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and their application in schools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, faculty, and families
• Ability to conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments
• Capable of training and supporting staff on best practices in behavior management
• Thorough documentation and data collection skills to monitor student progress

What your role entails:

• Develop individualized behavior plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure the fidelity of behavioral interventions
• Conduct observations and functional behavior assessments to inform program decisions
• Provide direct and consultative support, including staff training on intervention strategies
• Monitor, review, and adjust behavior plans based on data and student response
• Maintain thorough documentation of interventions, progress, and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student success
