Salesforce Technical Functional Lead

Salesforce Technical Functional Lead is sought to bridge technical delivery and business process design on enterprise Salesforce implementations, driving solutions from discovery through go-live.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, translating business requirements into scalable technical and functional architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products.
- Own the full solution lifecycle: requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, customization oversight, and UAT coordination.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development/engineering team, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and developers, conducting code and configuration reviews to enforce best practices and platform governance.
- Manage data migration strategies, integration design, and third-party connector considerations in collaboration with architects.
- Produce and maintain key project artefacts including solution design documents, process flows, and test plans.

Must-haves:
- fflib Framework experience
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience spanning both functional consulting and technical delivery.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams on full-cycle Salesforce projects.
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
- Strong Apex, LWC, and declarative automation skills
- Demonstrated experience as a lead on at least 2 full end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder).
- Minimum 2 active Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs and produce technical documentation.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team of Salesforce developers and/or consultants.
- Able to commit to a hybrid schedule with 2~3 days per week in the office.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) for client-facing delivery.
- 6+ years of experience as Salesforce technical Lead
- Proven hands-on expertise directly relevant to Salesforce technical Lead
- Professional proficiency in: English
- Legal right to work in the role's location
