We're looking for a Director of Digital Marketing & Advertising who can connect the entire digital journey—from the first search or ad impression to qualified demand and measurable sales impact.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands both traditional digital performance marketing and the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered search and discovery.
Your Digital Playground
Own SEO + AI Discovery strategy across traditional search, generative AI, LLMs & answer engines
Lead demand generation across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display & retargeting
Build full-funnel campaigns that turn awareness into qualified leads
Strengthen marketing automation, lead nurturing & CRM alignment
Dig into performance data to improve ROI, visibility, engagement & lead quality
Guide integrated campaigns across digital, content, email, advertising & events
Lead and develop the advertising team while managing agencies, budgets & external partners
What Will Set You Apart
7+ years across digital marketing, demand generation, advertising or performance marketing
Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media & campaign optimization
Understanding of how AI search and changing discovery behaviors are reshaping the customer journey
Marketing automation, CRM, CMS, web analytics & reporting knowledge
Proven ability to lead people, agencies, budgets and cross-functional initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising or a related field
B2B marketing within manufacturing, industrial products, channel-driven sales or dealer/distributor environments is a strong plus.
