Job DescriptionAs a Call Center Interviewer at Wilkins Research Services LLC, you will play a crucial role in gathering valuable information through phone interviews. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting scripted interviews with survey participants
- Accurately recording responses and data in our system
- Ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines and ethical standards
- Meeting productivity and quality targets set by management
Successful candidates for this role will have a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to all new hires to set you up for success as a Call Center Interviewer.
