Job Description

As a Call Center Interviewer at Wilkins Research Services LLC, you will play a crucial role in gathering valuable information through phone interviews. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting scripted interviews with survey participants
Accurately recording responses and data in our system
Ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times
Adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines and ethical standards
Meeting productivity and quality targets set by management

Successful candidates for this role will have a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to all new hires to set you up for success as a Call Center Interviewer.
