Have you ever served as a family caregiver? Do you have a heart for making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors within your community? At Almost Family, we believe that care giving is more than just a job—it's a calling. We are currently looking for compassionate, driven individuals to join our team in LaPine to provide essential personal care and heartfelt companionship directly in our clients' homes.

The Caregiver role pays between $20 - $22 per hour and paid biweekly. As part of the Almost Family Team, you will enjoy a variety of benefits, including paid time off, healthcare benefits, development opportunities, paid training and additional voluntary benefits!

Your Meaningful Impact (Responsibilities):

• Empowering Independence: Assist our clients with their daily routines, including gentle help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals.
• Attentive Advocacy: Keep a caring eye on our clients' well-being, documenting their progress and ensuring their health needs are always a top priority.
• Creating a Sanctuary: Foster a warm, safe, and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations
• Home Comforts: Lend a hand with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home running smoothly.
• Out & About: Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands, helping them stay connected to their community.

What You Bring to the Family (Requirements)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A compassionate heart (ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
