Moved is on a mission to bring moving into the 21st century by working with real estate companies to streamline move-in operations and give residents a hospitality-first experience. Paylode, our recently acquired perks engine, helps companies unlock new value for their customers through smart partner offers and engagement tools. Together, we're building the future of resident experience, and we need someone great to help our clients win.

You are the face of Moved and Paylode to our clients. Part strategist, part problem-solver, part cheerleader. You own the post-sale relationship end-to-end, keep clients healthy and growing, help them hit their goals, and make sure they never want to leave.

This role spans both our Moved (multifamily real estate) and Paylode (perks and engagement) client bases, so fluency in both worlds is key. We're looking for a growth minded Client Success Manager who thrives in relationship building and driving revenue opportunities with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Support a book of business across Moved and Paylode clients, managing the full post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Be the expert. Know our products inside and out and articulate their value clearly to everyone from end users to execs.
• Build success strategies tailored to each client, then execute on them weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Analyze performance data and present insights.
• Source and identify partners for Paylode clients to maximize their perks program ROI.
• Proactively monitor client health and jump on issues before they become problems.
• Support renewals and contract negotiations. Be the advocate your clients deserve.
• Grow the CS function alongside the team as we scale fast.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years in SaaS, ideally in a CSM, account management, or onboarding role.
• Experience in multifamily real estate is a big plus
• Familiarity with performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or perks/loyalty programs.
• Communication that cuts through the noise: clear, intentional, and calibrated to your audience.
• Extreme ownership mentality. You don't wait for someone to hand you a playbook.
• You're organized, resourceful, and persistent. Deadlines are your love language.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. Early-stage startup life is your thing, not your fear.
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor. We work hard, move fast, and laugh often.
