Medical Sonographer

Job Summary and Responsibilities We provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining the sensitivity to patient needs while following standards of safe radiation practice. We ask that as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer you always demonstrate leadership for other associate technologists, and act as a clinical resource to unit personnel and assures current standards of practice for the unit. This position offers the opportunity to support multiple clinic locations in Thornton, Westminster and Longmont. Ideal for those who enjoy variety and a flexible work environment. This is a PRN position (as-needed), it includes a competitive 15% pay differential on top of the base rate to recognize your flexibility and contribution. Job Requirements HS Diploma or GED required ARDMS - registered required RDMS(OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR); or ARRT registered R.T.(S)(ARRT) or R.T.(S)(BS)(ARRT) or ARDMS registered RVT(VT) with OB or ABD required within 1 year or hire, or ARRT registered - R.T.(S)(VS)(ARRT) or ARDMS registered RDCS(AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS) Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on OB/GYN ultrasound experience Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required Physical Requirements: Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly Where You’ll Work At CommonSpirit Mountain Region #J-18808-Ljbffr St. Anthony Hospitals
