Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner

Beam Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to organizational leaders in Cambridge, MA. The role involves designing and implementing HR strategies, supporting performance management, developing talent, and fostering a high-performing culture aligned with the company's precision genetic medicine mission.
Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with business leaders to design and implement HR strategy and policies
- Develop deep understanding of business objectives and provide tailored HR guidance to support organizational goals
- Coach executives and managers to enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance
- Guide performance management processes and talent development initiatives across assigned areas
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee relations matters and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Extensive experience in human resources business partnership roles
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational design
- Strong coaching and leadership development capabilities
- Strategic thinking with ability to execute HR programs and policies
- Knowledge of employment law compliance and risk mitigation
- Experience building culture and implementing people-focused initiatives
