Automotive Sales Consultant

Midway Auto Dealerships is looking for a motivated, people-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Kearney team.

No automotive sales experience is required. We provide training and support for individuals who are comfortable working with customers, eager to learn, and motivated to build a successful career.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• 5-Day Workweek
• No Sundays
• In-Person

Compensation

• $50,000 – $150,000+ annual earning potential
• Base salary plus performance and volume-based bonuses
• Guaranteed income during training

What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present vehicles and explain features, options, and benefits
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds
• Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process
• Follow up with customers and develop long-term relationships
• Work with the sales and dealership teams to provide a positive customer experience

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using computers, email, and other basic technology
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
