Entry to Advanced Production & Assembly – 1st Shift

You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled facility assembling premium engine components and supporting world-class manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do

• Perform production and assembly tasks according to established work instructions and quality standards
• Assemble and inspect engine components with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance concerns or process issues
• Verify product quality through visual inspections and measurement procedures
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift 50–75 pounds

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production assembly, machining, automotive, or related industries preferred
• Experience reading work instructions, following standardized processes, and meeting quality expectations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety

Compensation

• Entry-Level Production & Assembly  
  • $19-$22/hr
  • No manufacturing experience required. Automotive, warehouse, construction, or mechanical experience preferred. Must demonstrate reliability, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
• Advanced-Level Production & Assembly
  • $22-$25+/hr
  • 3+ years of manufacturing, assembly, machining, quality, maintenance, automotive, or industrial production experience. Experience following work instructions, reading BOMs, using measuring tools, performing quality inspections, and troubleshooting production issues preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude required.

Schedule

1st Shift – Standard 48-hour work week with built-in overtime

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Additional overtime opportunities may include:

• Fridays until 4:30 p.m.
• Saturdays: 6:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
