This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits, bonus potential and opportunities to advance after hire.

Pay:

• Starting Pay: $20.92/hour
• Candidates must be willing to work either 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• Weekend availability is required when needed.

What You'll Do

As an Assembly team member, you'll perform a variety of assembly, sub-assembly and packaging tasks while helping keep production running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Hand assemble filters and components according to work instructions.
• Operate and monitor assembly-line equipment.
• Perform minor assembly-line setup duties.
• Work at different stations and in different production areas as needed.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify defective products and report problems to supervision.
• Meet established production standards.
• Package finished components.
• Complete required quality records, scrap reports and machine logs.
• Enter production information into the computer system.
• Follow all company safety, quality, policies and procedures.

• Able to perform hands-on assembly and packaging work
• Flexible to work 8 or 10-hour shifts

• Minimum 10th grade education
