Ashlar Homes is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Marketing & Brand Manager to help lead the next phase of our success.
This isn't a typical marketing job.
We're looking for someone who understands that marketing exists to generate demand, create opportunities, and drive sales results.
As our Marketing & Brand Manager, you'll lead community launches, digital advertising campaigns, website management, CRM campaigns, social media, Realtor marketing, community events, and increase brand awareness for Ashlar Homes across our markets.
You'll work directly with executive leadership and have a significant impact on our growth strategy.
What You'll Do
- Website Management
- Launch new home communities
- Manage digital advertising campaigns
- Generate qualified leads
- Oversee social media and content creation
- Execute CRM and email campaigns
- Coordinate events and Realtor programs
- Track marketing performance and ROI
- Strengthen the Ashlar Homes brand
What We're Looking For
- Strong marketing experience
- Strong website management, specifically with WordPress sites.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Digital marketing expertise
- SEO management
- Creative "outside the box" thinker with analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate or homebuilding experience is a plus
