• Keep labor cost on budget by building efficient schedules, cross-training, and reducing overtime 15% in six months.
• Cut hourly turnover 20% by hiring, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team of 40-80 associates.
• Achieve 100% health, safety, and brand-standard compliance on every audit through daily walk-throughs and staff accountability.
• Produce accurate weekly P&L forecasts and close each period within 2% of plan.

Environment & Resources

You report to the Area Director and lead Front- and Back-of-House managers plus 50-100 hourly team members. You will use industry-standard POS, inventory, and labor-management systems plus a dedicated training budget and regional support for recruiting and marketing.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a full-service restaurant with direct P&L ownership and proven sales growth.
• Track record of hitting guest-satisfaction, food-cost, and labor-cost targets in a high-volume setting.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and retain teams that deliver consistent hospitality.
• Strong working knowledge of food-safety regulations, inventory control, and scheduling software.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the business requires.
