Senior Data Governance Analyst

Driving enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst - Data Governance will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance data quality and improve governance standards. Key responsibilities Support the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures Analyze data governance challenges and recommend effective solutions to improve data quality and integrity Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize data governance requirements and facilitate related projects Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years focused on Data Governance or Data Management initiatives Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks and Data Quality concepts Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications Proficiency in data analysis and issue identification techniques
