Sales Director (Full Time)

Overview The Barrymore Senior Living, located at 8400 N Marston Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64154, is seeking a Senior Living Director. This role requires leading operations to support residents’ quality of life in a home-like environment and aligning with Arrow Senior Living’s core values. Responsibilities Relationships Reaper: Develop close relationships to support potential residents and families in tough conversations about next-step solutions through empathy and understanding. Decision Driver: Help leads and families problem-solve by identifying opportunities as they select the senior living option that meets their needs. Occupancy Accountant: Manage knowledge and drive gross and net occupancy gains through awareness of move-ins, move-outs, and vacancies; assist Executive Directors in strategies to retain residents. Hospitable Host: Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events. Qualifications You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent. You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th-grade proficiency. You possess clear verbal and written communication skills. You have a positive and energetic attitude toward residents. You are professional in appearance and conduct. You can follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills when needed. You must be criminally cleared. You must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Health screening within six months prior to employment and TB testing at the time of screening are required.
