Regional Human Resources Manager – State Veterans HomesThe Regional Human Resources Manager (RHRM) provides leadership, guidance, and operational support for human resources functions across multiple long-term care facilities within an assigned region. This role ensures compliance with employment laws and organizational policies while supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce development. The RHRM partners with facility and regional leadership to promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
