STEP IN, STAND OUT: MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A LOCUM

Compensation Compensation Type Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration Experience the peace of mind that comes with a guaranteed income of $366,046 to $403,668 per 1.0 FTE (depending on qualifications) through an APP clinical service contract, prorated for part-time positions. Physician Overhead None Benefits and Incentives Vacation Leave With flexible scheduling, you'll have ample time to recharge and unwind. May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 11.48% Retention Flat Fee $17,421 Relocation Funding Available $9,000 if moving within BC, $12,000 within Canada, and $15,000 from outside Canada Recruitment Incentive $15,000, prorated for physicians working less than full time. Other Benefits/Incentives With RCME, you'll be eligible to receive $440 for up to 2 years in Trail, $2,640 during your 3rd and 4th year, and $4,840 after 4 years, in addition to the Doctors of BC CME funds.
