Job Description We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that equip team members with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Deliver engaging onboarding and customer service training sessions. Develop and update training materials, guides, and learning resources. Coach employees on communication, professionalism, and customer interaction techniques. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback. Identify skill gaps and recommend development opportunities. Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with company standards.
