Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a healthcare or long-term care facility. CPR and First Aid certification. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, reporting any abnormalities to nursing staff. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a comforting and respectful environment. Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient rooms and care areas, adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans and respond to patient needs promptly.
