Junior Data Analyst

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Junior Data Analyst. Summary: We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support an enterprise data documentation and discovery initiative. This role will focus on identifying, cataloging, and documenting data assets across multiple databases to improve data visibility, accuracy, and organizational alignment. The Junior Data Analyst will work as part of a collaborative team of five, supporting documentation, validation, configuration, and testing efforts across a broad database environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist in cataloging and documenting data assets across enterprise databases
• Support data discovery, classification, and metadata documentation activities
• Partner with team members to review database contents and validate data mappings
• Participate in configuration and testing activities to help ensure accurate results
• Document findings, data lineage, and observations using standard office productivity tools
• Maintain clear, organized documentation to support internal data management initiatives
• Collaborate with analysts, technical team members, and internal stakeholders
• Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
