Job Title Female Sales Coordinator Location MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai Experience 1 - 4 years Education Any graduate Notice Period Immediate Salary and Incentives Rs.15,000 - 30,000 per month + incentives Key Skillsets MS Excel MS Word Required Skills B2B Sales Assistance Generate Sales Report Sales Support & Assist to Sales Managers in the field Clients & Customers Handling Follow ups for closure of orders & deals Soft Skills Excellent communication skills Good aptitude & problem solving skills Good reading & writing skills Job Responsibilities Knowledge of customers and client handling Coordinate and assist sales managers across India Send, receive, reply to emails of customers and take follow‑ups on orders Organise and build client and customer databases Ensure order execution in a timely manner Coordinate with other departments to ensure material is dispatched and delivered on time to customers Ensure customer satisfaction Handle OEM customers, ensure timely deliveries and resolve their queries and requests Build and maintain databases Call customers and generate leads Follow up with sales persons to ensure receipt of DSR and that they meet weekly targets Help sales team improve productivity by arranging appointments and providing up‑to‑date support material Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable; answer queries, inform of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check that orders have correct prices, discounts, and product numbers Input orders, ensure they are processed per customer requirements, and that all orders are accurate and delivered on time Collaborate with other departments to handle sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries efficiently Develop and maintain filing systems for sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to finance department Hire and train sales staff and ensure they meet quotas and goals Approve transport bills, sales person field visit tour expenses, and other promotional activity expenses Make company products and services attractive to potential customers Scout for good exhibitions and ensure smooth participation Handle both dealer and OEM orders Qualifications Graduate in any degree Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales assistance Experience in sales coordination with sales managers Good computer skills in MS Office Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi Organised and responsible with aptitude in problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Committed to enhancing the company’s sales Job Type Full‑time Benefits Provident Fund Shift Day shift (morning shift) Additional Compensation Commission pay Travel Requirement No travel #J-18808-Ljbffr Whirlpool
