Key Responsibilities Perform machine setup, pre-operation checks, and ensure equipment readiness. Operate mixing, filler, packing, and related production machinery safely and efficiently. Assemble and label packaging according to production requirements. Transport ingredients and materials to designated processing areas. Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards. Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas following GMP and food safety guidelines. Assist in general production duties as needed to support workflow. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate any equipment or process issues promptly. Required Key Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this position, candidates must bring a commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and growth. Essential skills include: Minimum 2–3 years of successful work experience , preferably in manufacturing, food production, or machine operation. Ability to follow formulas, instructions, and safety protocols with precision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
